It showed as in stock online, so I went ahead and ordered it. Then two days later my order got cancelled, which was really frustrating.

I tried to return my order the whole process was a headache. There were too many rules, extra fees I wasn’t expecting, and it just felt like they made it harder than necessary. I’m sure I won’t be shopping here again.

I tried ordering a jacket from atmosphere.ca and the checkout was a mess. Every time I entered my payment info, it would just fail with no clear error and send me back to try again. Then my cart changed and my promo code disappeared too 😑 Ended up wasting about 30 minutes and still couldn’t place the order. Super frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be using it again...

The points build up so slowly, and the rewards are small unless you’re spending a ton.
